What we survey
Condition Survey
The most comprehensive assessment of a vessel's overall state. A condition survey covers the structural integrity of the hull, the condition of propulsion, electrical and plumbing equipment and accessories, as well as the aesthetic and maintenance status of the entire vessel. It includes an in-depth dry hull inspection and a sea trial. Strongly recommended before purchasing a vessel, or at the completion of a new build or refit before client handover.
Damage Survey
A targeted inspection designed to determine the cause and extent of any damage to the vessel, its components, or caused by the vessel to third parties. During the survey, the dynamics of the incident are evaluated alongside an objective assessment of repair costs.
Technical Consultancy
Technical consultancy is often required to support a legal case, obtain a professional technical opinion, or carry out an audit. In all these situations, EMS³ provides its full experience and professionality to deliver the clarity and documentation the client needs.
Third Party & Technical Expertise
In case of disputes between two parties, EMS³ can act as independent third party, providing a resolution based on an objective, professional technical evaluation of the subject of the dispute.
New Build
Whether acting as Owner's representative, technical surveyor, or both, EMS³ follows the project from start to finish, nsuring full adherence to contractual, safety and environmental standards. Refit
